(Or) What a difference a smile can make

A quick reset
Sometimes your brain get stuck. Instead of cycling the negativity for hours, we suggest a quick reset.
Sometimes, all it takes to reset the brain is a smile.
The act of smiling itself releases dopamine, serotonin and endorphins which improve mood and relieves stress. A Swedish study found that seeing someone smile automatically triggers a smile response, making it contagious. So when you smile at someone and they smile back you’ll both feel all warm and fuzzy.
On the off chance they don’t smile back, flip them the finger. Granted, you won’t get that warm fuzzy feeling, but you’ll still get the aforementioned dopamine, serotonin and endorphins. Even better, you’ll probably have a good laugh at yourself for the abrupt turn-around, which will also make you feel good. Either way, you’re ready to tackle the rest of your day with a clean slate. Now get back to work!
